Destroy the Forward Base (Build Up)

Sgt Harwood looked up and spotted the forward base in the distance. He flexed his shoulders, he loved his Galahad armour but  the slow marching speed took some getting used to after being a para for so long.
"Will be good to have a sit down and a cuppa  sarge" one of his men said,
"That's true Smith. Especially after that rather dull patrol" Harwood replied,
"Least we got to see Captain Daniels, that always makes my day although I think she has a thing for you sarge" Smith smiled, a few of the squad  chuckled.
"Corporal, please let Mr Smith know how much I appreciate his insight" Harwood said with a wry smile.
Corporal Tanner cuffed Smith round the back of the head. The squad laughed,
"Ow!"
"Thank you Corporal"
"Sarge" Tanner tapped his helmet in a salute.
The squad entered the base, after Sgt Harwood had reported to the base commander (a rather uptight Lieutenant in Harwood opinion) he rejoined his squad who were sitting down for lunch.
Sgt Mkoll scanned the horizon through his sniper scope, all quiet ...... Again he thought to himself. He shifted his view,
"Getting restless Mkoll?" his companion said.
"Yes Garner this base is boring nothing happens here" Mkoll replied.
"Boring is good, boring is safe" Garner looked at Mkoll.
"Didn't train to be a sniper to be safe Corporal" Mkoll smiled.
"ha! Ain't no where safe anymore so I'd rather not be seen that's why I joined the snipers my man" Garner pulled out a chocolate bar and began eating it. Mkoll smiled, he lay his rifle down and stretched his legs. Something caught his eye, he grabbed his binoculars.
"Corporal are we expecting any visitors apart from our bully tin boys that came in earlier?"
"No sarge why?"
Mkolls hand wrapped around  his sniper rifle,
"Well grab your weapon mate the Germans appear to wanna pay us a visit"
He picked up a rock and threw it down to the guard by the COs tent. The guard looked up and Mkoll signalled that Germans were in bound. The guard went into the tent  and a minute later the Lieutenant came striding out and organising the bases defences.
